Some products may include small removable parts, covers, decorative pieces, or components that can shift during shipping. If a part has moved out of place but can be easily reinstalled without damage, this may not be considered a defect. However, please contact us if you need help or believe the item is not usable.

For hygiene, safety, customization, or final sale reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These may include:

Small differences in color, size, finish, texture, or minor handmade style variation may not qualify as defects unless the product is clearly different from the listing or unusable.
